3/22/2019 0 Comments MotivationI won't lie, getting motivated to write this blog post has been hard. Motivation is not easy to come by. I for one sometimes struggle to find motivation to complete tasks. Although lacking motivation is not a big problem if you make a habit about getting things done. By creating a routine to get things done you are creating an environment to get work done. Pre game routines should be easy enough that you shouldn't even need to feel super motivated to do it. That way it should not even feel like work yet. In the article "Motivation: The scientific Guide on How to Get and Stay Motivated" it says "your routine should get you moving toward the end goal." This means that your routine should not set you back but instead propel you forward. One of the other steps to motivation is that whatever pattern you have you need to follow it every single time you are trying to work/be motivated. Following patterns are good for us. It allows us to know what comes next, meaning that if you follow through with your work you can be successful in the end.
Motivation is not always easy and very often proves to be extremely difficult. However there are many tips and tricks we can use to help us. Such as the "Goldilocks Rule" which is basically telling us that we need to find work that is not too easy, and not to hard to complete. This is because if work is too hard we will not be able to work through it efficiently. However if the work is too easy than we will feel no need or motivation to do it. In conclusion by reading the article "Motivation: The scientific Guide on How to Get and Stay Motivated" you will learn some amazing tips to help you get and stay motivated. As I mentioned before motivation is not easy to come by, which why we often need to find our own ways to get things done and be motivated.
